Return Policy

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for your return or exchange eligibility, please do not return items without obtaining pre-approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed and returned to sender.

Returned items must be in mint condition, original packaging and sent with tracking using a carrier of your choice within 7 days from your items delivery date.

The Free Shipping promotion is for customers who keep their item, and is non-refundable if item is returned or exchanged.

We are typically unable to replace chains that break after delivery, unless the fault is ours. Contact use immediately if there’s an issue upon receiving your item.

All Earrings are not eligible for return, due to sanitary and health reasons.

Shipping

Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage, Expedite upgrades are available at checkout.

If you haven't received your package and the USPS tracking indicates it was delivered, In such cases, we recommend filing a claim with the USPS. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we're here to assist you with the process.

Please verify your address in your Etsy profile. If you notice an error, contact me before shipping. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and reshipping fees.

Sizing details

Stretch Beaded Bracelet Size Guide | Measure your wrist (snug, no gaps, but not tight). Order 1/2 inch larger. If in-between sizes available, order the next size up.

Chain & Clasp Bracelet Size Guide | Measure your wrist (snug, no gaps, but not tight) . Order 3/4" - 1" larger to ensure you are able to clasp the bracelet. For thick Chains - Add 1" or more.

Necklace Size Guide | To get the best idea of how a necklace will look on you, take a string, measure it to the desired length and place it around your neck as you would a necklace.

14K Gold Filled - Very durable, can be worn and showered in daily without worry, it s water-safe and non-tarnishing, with proper wear and care can last decades. By avoiding direct contact with any harsh chemicals (chlorine, cleaning products...) this will help ensure longevity and wear.

Sterling Silver - 925 Silver is very durable for wear, but can oxidize if not cared for properly. Storing silver individually and completely dry, in a soft tarnish proof cloth pouch or an airtight bag will prevent or slow the oxidation layer. Avoid hash chemicals, remove before swimming/hot springs/ocean.

International Shipping

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. In the event Etsy does not collect at time of purchase, these charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. 



NOTE: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of orders are packaged in either a box/pouch/bag. Multiple item orders are combined into one box/pouch/bag.

For multiple item orders, orders marked as a gift, we default to combining up to 4 items into one box, if you need items packaged individually, kindly leave us a note, or reach out to us directly and we will do my best to accommodate your request.
